Bridal Open House at Palisades this Sunday

February 23, 2009

palisades

On 3/1/09 Palisades will be having a Bridal Open House from 1 pm to 4 pm.  This is a great opportunity to check out the venue that was voted the best place to have your rehearsal dinner by Seattle Bride Magazine.  While we have had many amazing rehearsal dinners at Palisades, their Alani Room is also a great space where you can have a seated wedding reception for 150 guests or a cocktail style reception for up to 200 people.  Palisades offers a unique view of Seattle & Puget Sound and a tropically inspired to-die-for menu not easily found in the Pacific Northwest.  The bridal open house will be decorated by the talented team at Aria Style, feature plenty of food & beverages from the Palisades kitchen, and showcase some of their favorite vendors…including us!  Space is limited to the first 300 guests, so contact Erin Mitchell, Catering Director, at 206.285.5865 to reserve your spot.

Join us this evening at 7:00 pm at La Belle Elaine’s as a part of The Healthy Bride’s Battle of the Betrothed for Something Old, Something New, Something You.  We will be joining Kirstie Warren of Simply Wed to do a panel discussion on old traditions, new trends, and how to personalize your wedding day to ensure that your guests leave your wedding knowing you better than when they came.  Did we mention there will be champagne & chocolate?  Just think of it as a Valentines Day lead-in!  Click here for more information.

The amazing team over at Junebug Weddings was just kind enough to feature the wedding of one of our fabulous 2008 couples, Heather & Chris. You can check out the details on their What Junebug Loves section, as well as their Real Weddings section. We did a blog entry about this amazing couple and you can see it here, but please check out the great feature on their site.

If you are not familiar with Junebug Weddings, it is one of the most amazing wedding website resources out there. We’re so lucky that the Pacific NW is home to such a talented group of professionals dedicated to the art of fine weddings. Not only does Junebug Weddings have a select by-invitation-only collection of the best wedding professionals in the area, but it also has an inspiring Real Weddings section where you can peek at other peoples nuptials to gather inspiration for your own big day, a Fashion Report with to-die-for images, a What Junebug Loves section where you can learn about the latest and greatest trends and ideas (wedding genealogy anyone?), an entire section dedicated to guys cleverly named Groombug, and so much more. We are so delighted to be a part of Junebug Weddings, and so thankful that they featured one of our recent weddings!
